Privacy Policy
Updated: June 1, 2026
FoxFlow is a browser extension and a website that help you generate frames in Google Flow, narrate them with ElevenLabs and assemble the project in CapCut. This policy describes what data we process and why.
1. What data we store
- Account: email and password hash (bcrypt). The plaintext password is never stored.
- Limits and plan: count of generated frames, the limit window, PRO status and expiry date.
- Extension link: a hash of the extension token, so limits and PRO work in the browser.
- Technical events: anonymous error telemetry (error code, frame index) for diagnostics.
2. What we do NOT store
- Your ElevenLabs key stays in your browser (in the extension) and is never sent to our server.
- Images and audio are not uploaded to our servers — generation and voiceover happen locally through your browser and the local FoxFlowBridge.
- We do not keep the content of your prompts or videos.
3. Why we use it
Only to run the service: account sign-in, daily frame-limit accounting, PRO status, error diagnostics. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Third-party services
FoxFlow relies on third-party platforms with their own policies: Google Flow, ElevenLabs, CapCut. When you pay for PRO, the payment is handled by a payment provider; your card details never reach us.
5. Storage and protection
Data is stored on our server (a SQLite/Postgres database). The website session lives in an HttpOnly Secure cookie; the extension token is stored as a hash. Only the service administrator can access the data.
6. Data deletion
You can delete your account at any time: Settings → Account → Delete account in the dashboard. This revokes the extension link and token and removes your data. You can also email us below to request deletion.
7. Policy changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be reflected in the date at the top of the page.
