Terms of Service

By using the FoxFlow website and extension, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What FoxFlow is
FoxFlow is a helper tool that automates your actions in third-party services: bulk frame generation in Google Flow, voiceover via ElevenLabs and project assembly in CapCut. FoxFlow does not generate images or audio on its own — it drives the services you already use under your own accounts.
2. Account
- You are responsible for keeping your password and extension token safe.
- One account is for one user. Reselling access is prohibited.
- We may restrict or block an account in case of abuse (limit circumvention, automated abuse).
3. Plans and limits
FREE provides a limited number of frames per day. PRO removes the daily limit. The source of truth for the limit and PRO status is our server. PRO payments, where available, are not refunded for an already-used period, except where required by law.
4. Disclaimer (important)
FoxFlow is not affiliated with Google, ByteDance/CapCut or ElevenLabs and is not their official product. The service depends entirely on these platforms:
- Google Flow — frame generation. Changes, outages or restrictions by Google may stop it from working.
- CapCut — project assembly. Project-format updates may require a FoxFlow update.
- ElevenLabs — voiceover with your key. Limits and availability depend on your ElevenLabs plan.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for downtime, changes or blocks on the part of these services, nor for whether your usage complies with their rules.
5. Your content
The frames, audio and videos created through FoxFlow belong to you. You are solely responsible for their legality and for complying with the rules of Google, CapCut and ElevenLabs.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profit related to the use of FoxFlow.
7. Changes
We may change the terms and the functionality. Significant changes will be reflected in the date at the top of the page.
